In spring 2019, Westminster Society took over an outreach service helping people with learning disabilities access their community. Staff previously lost time completing records after work, so we introduced the OnCare app to simplify reporting.
After training and a one-month trial, the team found it saved time, improved focus on support, and valued the voice-to-text feature for quick notes. Managers now use accurate data for monitoring and invoicing, helping us deliver more personalised and efficient support across other boroughs.
